About 3D Strategy
Our Story
At 3D Strategy, our vision is to make the world a safer place through satellite communication.
Our story began on a family camping holiday on our way to Kakadu from central Queensland at a place near Camooweal.
As self professed technology enthusiast, we were early adopters of Starlink satellite technology and created our own mobile 3D printed mounts.
Disaster struck on an outback road and the aftermath of our accident can be witnessed in this photo. We rolled our camper trailer and for this reason, we recommend mounting Starlink on the vehicle as the dish would have been damaged in the roll over.
Luckily, no one was injured as we in a very remote location with no mobile phone reception like many places in outback Australia.
On reflection, this event could have become a major tragedy had there been any injuries and no way to contact emergency services.
With Starlink, we were able to contact family, the authorities, and thanks to two good samaritans (Wayne and Lisa) we were able to get back to civilisation safely.
In todays age of internet communications and the World Wide Web, you can't afford to not stay connected for safety and securities sake.
